Sedar Properties has been developing since 1988—growing our portfolio of land, as well as commercial, retail and residential spaces. We’re rooted in our past, conscious of our present, and focused on the future.

Our Heritage

At Sedar Properties, our key shareholders have been investing in and developing real estate in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand since the late 80s. Today, our multigenerational team is spread across Singapore and New Zealand.

As a B Corp, we’re part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact. B Corps are an ever-growing group of businesses from around the world who, like us, believe in using business as a force for good.

Our expertise goes beyond structures; we care about nurturing communities. We don’t just want to build homes that people feel safe and comfortable to live in, and places where business owners can flourish—our hope is that every project we undertake adheres to this philosophy of growing places—to create purposeful value that uplifts the community.

Enhancing communities while upholding the integrity of the local environment not only ensures economic feasibility, but also allows us to venture into projects that excite us.
